The successful candidate has:

· A minimum of 2 years or more of proven print or web advertising sales success

· Exceptional verbal communication and written skills

· Skilled at hunting/developing new business

· Well-organized and self-motivated work habits

· Effective time and territory management skills

· Ability to work from a home office

· Dependable vehicle and willing to make cold calls

· Knowledge of businesses and services in South Jersey that cater to families and children.

· Experience working on commission required
