Roller Skating Rinks In NJ: Where To Let The Good Times Roll

  • February 18, 2026

If you ever wanted to introduce your kids to the joy of getting out on 8 wheels (or blades), heading to one of the roller rinks in NJ is where you can have a retro good time and make new memories. Besides the open skates to tunes, many rinks now have hockey leagues, figure skating, and speed skating, so your kids might get hooked on a new way to move. Luckily, the Garden State has plenty of places to keep you rolling, from Live Love Skate in Metuchen to the Woodbridge Community Center in Woodbridge to Hot Wheelz in Cherry Hill, where everyone can skate the day (or night away). And if you’d rather get on the ice, check out ice rinks in NJ to glide away at, too. (featured photo credit: NJ MOM, taken at United Skates of America, Inc. Jackson)
