NJMOM is joining forces with amazing local yoga studios and businesses to make movement and mindfulness fun for families.

Join us on Tuesday throughout June and July at the beautiful Pier Village for a family yoga session led by a local Jersey Shore yoga studio each week. Our yoga classes are for families of all sizes, skill levels and ages, from 2 to 102! We will build strength, spirit and self-confidence during our 45-minute classes with basic postures, games and yoga-themed adventures. No yoga experience is necessary and we ask you to please bring your own mat. Dean’s Natural Food Markets will be sponsoring water for all of our yogis!

At our June 20th kickoff event, sponsored by Inlet Yoga in Manasquan, we’ll have vendors (including Dean’s Natural Food Markets, Jones Bars, Babyganics, Paint a Tee, Preschool of Rock, & Hartshorn Portraiture) and a special performance from Preschool of Rock starting at 4pm.

All classes are FREE, but RSVP is required to receive a door prize ticket. A $10 donation is suggested (and gets you an additional door prize ticket). Make a $25 donation and receive a limited-edition #NJMOM gift bag with goodies from our partners. All proceeds will benefit The Valerie Fund, a New Jersey non-profit supporting children with cancer and blood disorders.
