We’re fortunate enough to enjoy the fruits of the Garden State, and heading to one of the pick-your-own farms in South Jersey is a welcome way to get nutrient-rich food and have a fun outing with the fam. Opening day for picking is typically in mid-May, with most farms ending in October, so there are plenty of opportunities to pick fresh produce from spring to fall (check each farm’s website for specific dates, which can vary with the weather).
